went MIA

Although I did win this from a giveaway, I never got a courtesy call that they would not attend and record my wedding. I had to constantly call in order to get a reply back. I would of been nice to know that something was going on just so I can book another videographer in advance. I had to find out that they "maybe" can make it 2 DAYS before my wedding and that they will get back to me. Well....they never did. I signed a contract with them which they never followed through. Would NOT recommend and will not book for any future family events that I have planned.
