Mix it Up | Day Tip 066 | Flowers don't have to match the dresses. Lots of greenery is pretty too! Feel free to add more color to your bouquet arrangements.

Congratulations! You are engaged! There are so many things you will be deciding over the next couple months, your wedding date, venues, wedding party, gowns, suits, coordinator, photographer, cinematographer, wedding style, wedding colors, bakery, florist, the list goes on! Today we are talking about colors specifically in your floral arrangements.

With so many options for your attire you can be perfectly matched or cleverly coordinated. Consider options for your flowers too, not everything has to be exactly the same. In fact it might be a good idea to add some more brightly colored florals to complement more mild colors. Imagine how brighter colors would bring out the white in the bridal gown! However, if you feel you don’t want too many colors consider adding greenery for a more mild contrast.

One bride who did this exceptionally was Ashley, as she planned her wedding to her beloved Steven she chose coordinating colors and greenery which looked great. Watch Steven and Ashley’s highlight video to see how their flowers helped make their wedding day a stunningly elegant affair from the bouquets to the floral arrangements at the reception.
