The building, formerly a bank, built in 1968 and now renovated to host many events such as weddings, receptions, quinceaneras, non-profit fundraisers, and all sorts of social events. The outside was cleaned up and painted, landscaped and given a very modern look. We have our own gated private parking lot, that is gold here in Downtown Fresno! For your event, you do not share the parking lot with any other events. We even include our security guards to help your guests find parking and keep an eye on their cars also ensuring your guests enjoy their time in our venue.
Given it was a bank, the building has amazing 20ft high ceilings and an open floor plan. Ceiling draping looks amazing in here. Everyone raves about the esthetics of the venue. As you walk in, we greet you with some mid-century modern doors custom made to match the original doors. We have a private VIP suite that can used for getting ready, changing or simply checking your look with the beautiful 8ft mirror!
I believe that restrooms are important. Our restrooms are a wow factor, renovated with a very modern look. Very spacious and beautiful.
The Palomino Event Center is a large venue, holding up to 350 guests with a dancefloor. Chairs were very important as we wanted to make sure that the look of our chairs fit the look of the venue. They are high back, gold padded chairs. Beautiful and comfortable. We also include our serpentine glass, gold tables to use throughout the space.
To complete the look of the table, we are also including a floor-length table linen. That way your decorator or your family and friends can easily come in and start to decorate! We take pride in setting up all the tables and chairs to save you time and energy and also make sure they are spaced out properly.
Having worked in the industry for over 20 years we know, one of the hardest things was being given ample time for deliveries, decorating and set up. We give you all day access if needed for that. And if we don’t have an event the day before, you are welcome to come in the day prior.
We give you six hours of event times. Our guards arrive one hour before to open all the gates and get ready for your guests to arrive. This event time does not include clean up. We will give you ample time to clean up at the end of the night.
The overall look of The Palomino is very clean and modern but also neutral. We cannot wait to see all the different styles, colors and designs that come in here and our neutral tones gives you the liberty to do so! With many years of decorating myself, we can also decorate for you. We have great relationships with many other vendors to collaborate and make your event unique! Have your own decorator, we welcome that too!
With being unique… we know everyone has a different style of food preference. We allow you to bring in your caterer of choice! We also have a separate catering prep room equipped with tables, sinks and refrigerator. Our bar area is a beautiful bar counter, sink, refrigerator and ice machine. Cocktail tables are also included.
