We are a Texas style BBQ catering company. We specialize in slow smoked brisket, pulled pork, ribs, and sausages. All meats slow smoked with oak wood in an offset smoker traditional Texas style. We also offer grilling Santa Maria style. Grilled tri-tip, chicken, and more available. Multiple side dish options all house made from scratch.
